1. Return & Exchange EligibilityYou may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product (different from your order).
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
To ensure your return request is accepted:
- Do not accept the package if it appears tampered or damaged.
- Mention your remarks on the delivery acknowledgment slip.
- Take clear photos of:
- The package
- The acknowledgment slip with your remarks
- Share these with our customer care team for verification.
- All requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Tigertable.co reserves the right to decide the appropriate resolution (replacement, exchange, or other).
- To initiate a request, please contact our support team.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
- A wrong or incomplete shipping address was provided.
- Delivery failed after three attempts by the courier.
- The order was refused at delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- If the order has already been shipped:
- Applicable shipping and packaging charges will be deducted from the refund.
