To ensure your return request is accepted:

  • Do not accept the package if it appears tampered or damaged.
  • Mention your remarks on the delivery acknowledgment slip.
  • Take clear photos of:
    • The package
    • The acknowledgment slip with your remarks
  • Share these with our customer care team for verification.

  • Tigertable.co reserves the right to decide the appropriate resolution (replacement, exchange, or other).

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • A wrong or incomplete shipping address was provided.
  • Delivery failed after three attempts by the courier.
  • The order was refused at delivery.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • If the order has already been shipped:
    • Applicable shipping and packaging charges will be deducted from the refund.
